Ingredient List

THE JALAPEÑO CHICKEN WINGS

1 Lb                 Chicken wings

2 tsp               Soy sauce or Coconut aminos

1-2 Tbs           THE Jalapeño

1 tsp               Agave syrup

2 tsp               Avocado Oil

1 tsp               Salt

Pinch of pepper

 

THE THAI BIRD CHICKEN WINGS

1 Lb                 Chicken wings

1-2 Tbs           THE Thai Bird

½                     Orange

2 tsp               Avocado Oil

1 tsp               Salt

Pinch of pepper

 

THE HABANERO & THE MUSTARD CHICKEN WINGS

1 Lb                 Chicken wings

2 tsp               THE Mustard

1-2 Tbs           THE Habanero

½                     Lemon

2 tsp               Avocado Oil

1 tsp               Salt

Pinch of pepper

 

Steps to Follow

In reusable bag, place the chicken wings along with the rest of the ingredients: the mustard, habanero sauce, lemon juice, salt, oil and pepper.

Toss or massage until the wings are evenly coated with the marinade and let the chicken absorb all the flavors for at least 1-2 hrs. Preferably overnight.

Grill on high (450*F) for 8-10 min on each side or until fully cooked.

Enjoy with homemade ranch dressing and fresh vegetables!
